Our purpose is to help you understand the process, put together the best application and ensure the quickest Council Approval possible.

All work will be undertaken by Danielle Deegan, Director of DM Planning.

Danielle has over 30 years planning experience in both local government (Mosman, Manly, Warringah, Byron and Pittwater Councils) and private practice. Danielle has extensive senior experience in both statutory and strategic planning in both Australia and the UK.

Danielle was recently employed as a Specialist Planner at Keylan Consulting where she was involved in large scale land rezonings and complex, mixed use development applications.

Prior to this, Danielle was employed at Mosman Council as Team Leader Development Services, where she was responsible for a wide range of complex residential, retail and commercial development applications. Danielle managed development applications, acted as Manager Development Services (including attendance at the Mosman Development Assessment Panel Meetings) advised at Pre-DA meetings and implemented efficient processes and procedures for Council’s Development Services team.

Danielle also has extensive experience in strategic planning, preparing a range of Environmental Planning Instruments, DCPs and other strategic planning studies for Pittwater. Mosman, Warringah and Byron Council.

Danielle has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and post-graduate qualifications in Planning.
