Planning advice and due diligence reports
DM Planning can prepare a preliminary site review to determine the development potential of your site. How much floor area or building height is allowable? What are the density provisions? Can you subdivide? We can also assist in determining approval pathways, i.e., is Council approval required or can your project be approved by a private certifier (as complying development).
Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE)
The SEE is the planning report which accompanies a Development Application. It provides a thorough assessment of a development proposal against all applicable state and local planning provisions and is an essential requirement when lodging a Development Application. An informed and well-constructed report prepared by an expert is the key to getting your application determined as quickly as possible.
Review of development proposals
Have you received notification of a neighbouring development proposal?
DM Planning can review the Development Application against relevant planning controls and let you know if the proposal is compliant or not. If there are matters that adversely affect you, we can prepare an objection on your behalf for submission to Council.
